Conflict of Interest Declaration
A conflict of interest arises when personal, financial, or other interests could influence or appear to influence professional decisions or actions.
All OCC staff, contractors, and Key Personnel are required to declare any actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest.
Declarations must be made on commencement, annually, and whenever a new conflict arises.
This declaration is filed in Section 03 (Employment & Conduct) of the staff member’s HR folder.
