Section 1 - About This Agreement
Open Care Community Services Pty Ltd (t/a Open Care Connect, NDIS: 4-JU2I9UJ) is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that uphold the rights, dignity, and safety of all people with disability.
Section 2 - NDIS Code of Conduct (7 Obligations)

Under the NDIS (Code of Conduct) Rules 2018, all workers must:

OCC staff are mandatory reporters. Reportable Incidents MUST be reported to the NDIS Commission within 24 hours for serious incidents.
Section 5 - Consequences
Breach may result in: counselling, warning, suspension, termination, referral to Worker Screening Unit, and/or referral to authorities.
Section 6 - Declaration
I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Code of Conduct Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
