Open Care Community Services Pty Ltd is bound by Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), NDIS Act 2013, and NDIS Practice Standards 1.8. This agreement forms a binding part of employment terms.
Your obligations survive termination. Do not use or retain confidential information after employment ends.
Section 1 - What Is Confidential
Confidential information includes participant data, staff personnel information, OCC business information, and any information shared in the course of providing supports.

You must not use or disclose confidential information, retain any documents or data, or contact participants without written OCC permission.
Section 4 - Technology & Digital Information
Do not use personal USB drives, external hard drives, or personal cloud storage. OCC uses Microsoft 365 / SharePoint as its information management system.
Section 5 - Declaration
I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement. It forms a binding part of my employment contract and continues after termination.
