What the new hire completes

All 8 guided steps are completed from the worker's personal link, and the final document submission step sends one secure HR pack before Day 1. Preview email templates

  1. Letter of Engagement + Fair Work Information Statement
  2. Position Description - Disability Support Worker
  3. Code of Conduct Agreement (NDIS)
  4. Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement
  5. Conflict of Interest Declaration
  6. Private employee details, including bank details, are completed once in-browser. Tax and super are completed online-first through myGov / ATO, then the final submission sends the HR pack with identity documents, training certificate, and required compliance files.
Compliance evidence - included in the final secure HR pack
  1. NDIS Worker Screening Check - required for all OCC workers
  2. Working with Children Check - required for roles involving children or young people
  3. National Police Check - required for all OCC workers
  4. NDIS Worker Orientation Module ("Quality, Safety and You") - required for all OCC workers
  5. Relevant training certificate (Certificate III or IV) - required with completion date
